These general conditions of sale are concluded between, on one hand

Business subject to VAT, Article 293b of the CGI - HT PRICE

and, secondly, people, hereinafter referred to as "clients", making a purchase via their website altuxbio.no-ip.org.

1. Acceptance of Terms

These general conditions of sale govern the contractual relationship between Mr Lasfargues and client throughout the duration of online services offered by altuxbio.no-ip.org.
All orders on altuxbio.no-ip.org is acceptance by the customer of these terms.

2. Product Information

5. Delivery

6. Retraction

The customer has a withdrawal period of 7 days from the receipt of the items to return the items to the seller (in their original packaging) for refund less the processing costs fixed costs commande.Les being returned to the customer.


7. Payment Terms

The customer pays the command:

9. Intellectual Property

10. Litigation

This contract is subject to French law. Complaints or disputes will always be received with attentive benevolence, good faith is always presumed in the person who takes the trouble to explain his situation.
In case of dispute and in the absence of settlement, jurisdiction is assigned to the competent courts of Cahors.
11. Policy Discretion

Personal data are protected under the Data Protection Act, and are not transmitted to third parties. They have been declared to the CNIL under number 1523120. According to the law of January 6, 1978 clients have a right to access and correct data.
